Hurricane Help for Texas - Cowboy Day Tomorrow

In support of victims of Hurricanes Harvey and Irma, the FGC is coming together as a community to adopt a school in need from each of the affected areas (one school in Texas and one school in Florida.) Students are invited to participate by bringing in a monetary donation to help raise funds for these schools, and by dressing up in support of all those affected by the recent hurricanes.

Tomorrow, Friday September 22nd, FGC students and staff are invited to show their support for all those affected by Hurricane Harvey by dressing in their Cowboy/Cowgirl Best, or by wearing their favorite Texas sports team clothing or colors. *Any monetary donation will be greatly appreciated.*

Next Friday, September 29th, FGC students and staff are encouraged to wear their best (school appropriate) beach wear, tropical colors or patterns, or the clothing or colors of their favorite Florida sports team. *Any monetary donation will be greatly appreciated.*

Donations will be collected in the Commons in the morning and grand totals will be reported by the end of the day. Once funds are collected, the students will vote on which items to purchase for each designated school.
